TIER REIT’s Burnett Plaza Wins Sustainability Award

TIER REIT, Inc., a Dallas-based real estate investment trust, announced today that Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth, Texas, won the Sustainability Award at the Downtown Fort Worth Inc. Annual Meeting and Trailblazer Award ceremony. The building won the award based on their market leading efforts in water conservation, green cleaning, energy savings and sustainable waste practices. Jack Clark, Chairman of Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., noted their achievements, “Burnett Plaza is not just a leader in Fort Worth. They have achieved success on the national level as evidenced by their recent win as the BOMA International Office Building of the Year in 2014.
