Tickets for the Slide at PantherFest Sell Out in Less Than an Hour

The second wave of tickets to the giant slip-n-slide down North Main Street sold out in 45 minutes this morning. The final wave of tickets will be released May 22 at 9:00 a.m. Those interested in joining in on Fort Worth’s birthday who were not able to snag a ticket this morning can still enjoy the free festival, PantherFest, which will accompany the 2,000 foot water slide.

The festival, will showcase Fort Worth-based musicians and bands such as Chris Watson, Charla Corn, Shotgun Friday, Legacy 4, Chucho, Adrian Garza, Ryan Tharp, Two Ton Folk, Cody Culberson and DJ John Pollard. The schedule of music on both the Panther Island Brewing and Main Stage can be found at PantherFest.com.

The festival, produced by TRVA with support from Panther Island Brewing, the City of Fort Worth and the Tarrant Regional Water District, will honor some of our favorite things in Fort Worth by featuring craft beer from Rahr, Martin House, The Collective Brewing Project and Panther Island Brewing; live local music and delicious food from Fort Worth-based restaurants such as Reata, Fred’s Texas Café, Buttons, Mexican Inn, Salsa Limon, Chadra Mezza, Gypsy Scoops, Mamma’s Pizza, Smokey’s and more.
