Beginning Wednesday, January 7, 2026, water crews will conduct a fire hydrant leak repair at Summit Avenue and 10th Street. Two northbound lanes on Summit Avenue between Texas Street and 7th Street will be closed during repairs. Work is expected to be completed by the weekend.

Tandy Center Outlet Mall Demolition

Construction continues on the demolition of the former Tandy Center outlet mall.  This demolition clears the way for a new multi-level parking garage that will serve the south and north towers and the new retail space being built at street level.  Stay tuned for more exciting details on this downtown project.
