Sarah Koenig, host of ‘Serial,’ to deliver closing keynote at Fort Worth’s Podcast Movement

The second-ever Podcast Movement cranks up July 31 at the downtown Fort Worth Omni Hotel, and this morning organizers announced they’ve booked the “rock star” of podcasting: Serial‘s Sarah Koenig, who I believe may the first and only podcaster subjeted to a Saturday Night Live digital short that was anything but (short, that is). The former This American Life-r will deliver the closing-day keynote.

"On August 1 and 2, 2015, Podcast Movement will make our way to Fort Worth, TX and plan on welcoming over 1,500 current and future podcasters from around the world. An emphasis will be placed on featuring speakers and hosting attendees from all experience levels and all podcasting genres."
