SAP Update

DFWI has passed the half-way mark of the Strategic Action Planning Process. Hard working committees have handed in their vision of the future and committee chairs gathered recently to discuss objective overlaps, larger themes and opportunities for improvement. The work is now in the hands of Freese and Nichols, our consultant, and we should receive a draft incorporating the committee work, best practices, new recommendations and concepts in January.
