Rotary Plaza Breaks Ground

Dirt flies at the groundbreaking for Rotary Plaza located in Trinity Park, where Mayor Betsy Price and other city dignitaries where present with shovels in hand.  The new plaza is under construction just west of Downtown Fort Worth at the east foot of the Phyllis Tilley Memorial Bridge and is due to open this fall.
