Corner Bakery – The Corner Bakery on the lobby level of the Blackstone Courtyard Marriott at 615 Main St. re-opened with a fresh new look this November. The remodel provides a completely upgraded experience for guests at this fast, fresh café.
Melt Ice Creams – This Fort Worth favorite expanded with the opening of a 550-square-foot storefront at 308 Houston St. You can also grab a sweet treat from their MELT cart in Sundance Square Plaza.
Neighbor’s House Grocery – Neighbor’s House Grocery at 500 West 7th St. is the first new ground-floor retail outlet to open in the First on 7th redevelopment project. The urban grocery and market offers high-quality groceries, prepared food, a large selection of beer and wine, and more.
The Sinclair, Autograph Collection Hotel – The historic Sinclair building at 512 Main St. has been newly restored to a boutique hotel featuring 164 guest rooms including a two-story Penthouse Suite with an expansive downtown view. Their restaurant, The Wicked Butcher, will open in early 2020.
Toro Toro Pan Latin Steakhouse and Lounge – This new restaurant inside the Worthington Renaissance Hotel at 200 Main Street is a part of the hotel’s recent $8 million remodel. Conceived by Chef Richard Sandoval, Toro Toro celebrates Latin American gastronomic culture, integrating fresh ingredients with techniques and flavors of the two richest cuisines in Latin America: Mexican and Peruvian.
Ziva Nail Lounge – The new salon offers manicures, pedicures, eyebrow micro-blading, eyelash extensions, facials, tanning, full-body massages, waxing, and blowouts in their three-story shop at 408 Houston Street in Sundance Square.
COMING SOON
CityCentral - This coworking office concept will soon take over a 22,530-square-foot space at Cantey Hanger Plaza. Offering more than 70 private offices, as well as meeting rooms and event spaces, CityCentral is scheduled to open this fall.
Demerara - This Dallas-based apparel company will open its first Fort Worth location at 404 Houston Street in Sundance Square featuring women’s and men’s fashion apparel and accessories.
Oven and Cellar - The family-style Italian restaurant will feature finer pizza and pasta on the ground floor of City Place at 150 Throckmorton St.
