New to Downtown

203 Café - The owners of Reata Restaurant have expanded their presence in Sundance Square by opening the 203 Café. Located on the second floor of the Fire Station No. 1 building between the Wells Fargo and Bank of America towers, the café offers fast casual breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, along with catering to downtown businesses.

Frost Tower Fort Worth - Construction has recently completed on the new Frost Tower Fort Worth, and Frost Bank is open on the ground floor lobby. The Sky Lobby and Perch Café located on the 12th floor will be open to the public in May.

Willow House Boutique - This stylish boutique offers clothing, home-décor, gifts and specialty items at their new Sundance Square location. The 2,410 square-foot store is now open at 317 Houston Street.

CVS Pharmacy - The national chain pharmacy is currently under construction at 515 Houston Street.

FunkyTown Donuts - FunkyTown Donuts is a family owned bakery dedicated to making handcrafted donuts with a funky twist. Their upcoming location in Sundance Square will sit across Bass Performance Hall, Bird Cafe, and the Cheesecake Factory at 132 E. Fourth Street.
