For 38 years, the beating heart of Fort Worth has come alive at the MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival, where art, music, and community collide in the best way possible. From April 10-13, downtown Fort Worth will transform into an 18-block showcase of creativity, rhythm, and Texas-sized flavor for the 38th Annual MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival. Presented by PNC Bank, this legendary four-day festival will bring together over 200 world-class artists, two dynamic music stages, hands-on experiences for families, and a culinary lineup that’ll make your taste buds sing. And the best part? It’s free to attend.

Stroll through an open-air gallery featuring 219 jury-selected artists, each bringing their unique craft to life. We’re talking sculptures that make you pause, paintings that pull you in, and mixed-media pieces that challenge your perspective. With artists spanning 15 different mediums — from glass and metalwork to photography and fiber arts — it’s the kind of place where art collectors and casual admirers alike can find something that speaks to them.

Big names are back, too. Elissa Brown (last year’s Best of Show), Amy Walker Davis (Best Emerging Artist), and an all-star lineup of award-winning talent will be showcasing their work. And in a nod to local flavor, over 25 artists from the greater Fort Worth-Dallas region will be part of the mix, according to a release.

And MAIN ST. isn’t only about what you see — it’s also about what you hear. Two stages. 50+ performances. Every genre under the Texas sun.

The Hear Fort Worth Stage and the brand-new UTA West Stage will bring an eclectic mix of sounds, from country and blues to jazz, Tejano, and soul. Headlining acts include Jazz Funk Soul (Grammy-nominated and smooth as ever), Jackie Venson (Austin’s blues powerhouse), and rising country star Payton Howie. And if you like your rock nostalgic, Def Leggend (a Def Leppard tribute band) and The Texas Bluesmen Band (bringing a Blues Brothers vibe) are ready to deliver. Local heroes like Poo Live Crew and Angel White round out a weekend of unmissable sets.

Art and music are great, but let’s be real — you need fuel to keep the festival vibes going. Five food courts will serve everything from Texas barbecue and Tex-Mex to gourmet burgers and international flavors. Expect festival favorites like empanadas, gumbo, funnel cakes, and ice cream, plus an impressive lineup of drinks, including frozen margaritas, mojitos, wine by the glass or bottle, and local craft beer.

For families, the TCC Makers Zone is where curiosity runs wild. Dive into interactive experiences like “A Jane Goodall Experience” (nature journaling and leaf rubbing), test your skills on a drone course, or get a custom caricature sketch from Kaman’s Art Project. Whether you’re five or fifty, there’s something to spark your creativity.

Organized by Downtown Fort Worth Initiatives, Inc., and backed by big-name sponsors like PNC Bank, BMW, UTA West, Tarrant County College, and Studio 80, the festival thrives on community support. With additional partners, including Trinity Metro, Blue Moon Brewing Company, The Capital Grille, and Chloe Wine Collection, this event cements Fort Worth’s reputation as a cultural hub.
