Little Red Wasp to open in Downtown

Successful downtown restaurateur Adam Jones has announced a new venture to open later this year, Little Red Wasp Kitchen and Bar. The full service restaurant plans to dish up accessible American cuisine for lunch and dinner service in a New York City come Texas atmosphere. The menu includes Cobb salad, seared tuna and what is sure to be a delicious burger.  An extensive beer selection will be complemented by wine and cocktail service.  Located at 808 Main Street, the Little Red Wasp will have prestigious neighbors. Look for the new establishment to open directly across the street from Jones' fine dining establishment, GRACE, and sandwiched between two Downtown favorites; Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and The Capital Grille. Key members of the GRACE team will manage the new establishment, including longtime bartender Jason Miller.
