I-35W Construction Updates: Spur 280 Impacts

Upcoming Closure

 

  •          Drivers traveling out of downtown Fort Worth and heading north will need to seek alternate routes as the eastbound Spur 280 connector to northbound I-35W will close for approximately two months, beginning Thursday, July 21.
  •          Note:  Motorists traveling westbound on Spur 280 connecting to northbound I-35W will not be impacted.  In addition motorists leaving downtown will be able to continue traveling eastbound on Spur 280. 
  •          The recommended alternate route is to take the eastbound Spur 280 connector to I-35W south, exit Rosedale Street, and make a U-turn to access the on-ramp to northbound I-35W.
