Hoya Korean Kitchen Opens in Sundance Square

Hoya Korean Kitchen opens today, Jan. 12, in their Sundance Square Plaza location for a soft opening. The new restaurant has a selection of Korean inspired food.

Hoya Korean Kitchen focuses on the use of fresh ingredients in their Korean dishes. According to their website, the focal point of the restaurant will be the indoor-outdoor seating section that includes a roof system that is both large and retractable.
Hoya’s featured menu items include a Korean Wrap, Rice/ Noodle Bowl, Bibimbap (Salad Bowl), Dosirak (Lunch Box), Miso Soup and Spicy Chicken Soup. The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
