Fort Worth Fourth's Fireworks Bigger Than Ever!

June 24,2013

In honor of the 25th anniversary of the Fort Worth International Sister Cities partnership with the city of Nagaoka, Japan, this year's 4th of July fireworks were one of the biggest in the metroplex. The spectacular show, packed with special effects like no other, attracted more than 60,000 people to Panther Island Pavillion . Some of the fun activities included tubing, pony rides, miniature golf, levee slide, train rides, jet ski shows, bounce houses, water slide, treasure dig, fishing tank and many more. Live music was provided from the high energy cover band "Downtown Fever."
