The Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership has launched a new website designed to showcase Fort Worth and the surrounding areas as a premier business location for new and expanding businesses.

“Our goal was to create a digital destination that promotes Fort Worth as a premier business location, complementing the economic development efforts of our partners at the city of Fort Worth,” Robert Allen, president and CEO of the Fort Worth EDP, said in a statement. “This website also reflects our commitment to great customer service as inspired by the spirit of Fort Worth.”

Fort Worth EDP said the website is a hub of information with key facts about the area, including stats on the region’s business and industry sectors, workforce and talent, as well as cultural and lifestyle attractions. It also features information about the organization’s leadership, investors, and economic development services.

Growth and opportunities
The 13th largest city in the nation, Fort Worth ranks among the country’s fastest-growing areas with more than 960,000 residents, a population projected to reach 1.2 million by 2045.

The Fort Worth-Arlington Real Gross Domestic Product in 2023 was $137.6 billion and is forecasted to expand by 3.26% annually over the next five years, as reported by The Perryman Group. Those growth rates, combined with an “unparalleled mix of a strong business climate, large amounts of developable land, and a pipeline of highly educated talent,” position Fort Worth as a top location for transformative development, Fort Worth EDP said.

“Fort Worth is rapidly becoming the most dynamic city in the U.S. The next decade will yield explosive growth and development opportunities,” Mike Berry, president of Hillwood and Fort Worth EDP board chair, said in a statement. “We must be positioned to strategically manage that growth and attract industries and businesses that will significantly enhance and diversify our economy. The Fort Worth EDP will play a critical role in developing and executing that strategy.”

Fort Worth EDP said its website and branding were designed and created in close collaboration with Fort Worth-based Schaefer Advertising Co.
