Fort Worth Bike Sharing

November 17,2014

Fort Worth Bike Sharing has finalized eight of ten new stations to be installed in the Spring of 2015. Four of these stations are in Downtown- at Panther Island Pavilion (Near Taylor Circle), 777 Main (in front of Larry North Fitness), Texas and Florence (Southeast corner of Walgreens property), and Trinity Uptown (east side of Elm Street, between Bluff and Belknap). The other four stations identified are Riverfront Dr. (east of Woodshed Smokehouse), Trinity Park South (near mini railroad depot), Stockyards Station (outside of the Visitors Center), and on the campus of Moncrief Cancer Institute.
You can purchase either a daily, weekly, monthly or annual membership to access the 300-bike system. Global positioning and radio frequency identification make it possible to track data including calories burned, distance, duration and carbon offset, all of which are uploaded to each member’s personal webpage. Try the system today for half-off using promo code: 102102.
