Downtown Ambassadors 4th Quarter 2020 Report

The Downtown Ambassadors provide hospitality services to the visitors, workers, and residents of Downtown.

Here are some key statistics from October - December 2020.

This quarter, Tom Wright joined the team as the new Operations Manager for the program. The Ambassadors also celebrated the promotion of Paul Andrade, who has been an Ambassador for two years, and is now serving as the program’s Outreach Coordinator.

In December, the Ambassadors welcomed many visitors for the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) staying in our Downtown hotels, visiting the NFR Cowboy Christmas shopping event at the Fort Worth Convention Center, and enjoying Visit Fort Worth's live music activations in General Worth Square. The team was a great support to our Downtown hotels, restaurants, and shops providing their recommendations, directions, and welcoming spirit for our district!
