Dinner from the train station? Ashton Depot serving dinners to go, Sunday brunch

The Ashton Depot, a downtown wedding and reception hall in the beautiful old Santa Fe and Amtrak train station on Jones Street, has been serving Thursday dinners to-go and a monthly Sunday brunch. The July 9 menu featured green chicken enchiladas, and the July 16 menu offers boneless beef short ribs in a cabernet sauce, both with salad and dessert for $20 per person. Sunday brunch ($40) with outdoor and indoor tables returns July 26; book online or at 817-810-9501.
