"ColombiaARTE" Coming To Downtown Fort Worth July 27

“ColombiARTE,” a four part exhibition show celebrating the Independence of Colombia, is coming to “Milan Gallery” in Fort Worth's historical Sundance Square on July 27, 2013. The exhibition will feature artworks of 26 of the most talented Colombian artists and it will be on display until August 17.

Coordinated and organized by Colombian artist Juliana Ferreyros, and sponsored by the Colombian Association of Texas in Dallas and the General Consulate of Colombia
in Houston, “ColombiARTE” will begin with a gala event held on July 20 at the Dallas Double Tree Hotel by Galleria, commemorating the Colombian Independence
day. Participants in this prestigious event are Colombian artists residing inside the US and abroad.

The exhibition will move to “Luminarte Fine Art Gallery” in the Dallas Design District on August 24 and will run through September 21. A final reception will be held during The Dallas Art Dealers (DADA) Art Gallery Walk, from noon until 8:00 pm.

The featured “ColombiARTE” Artists are: Hortensia Manrique, Bruno Angel, Margarita M. Reyes, Maria Fernanda, Cuartas, Diego Rodriguez, Antonio Cuellar, Rossana Solis, Alexandra Betancur, Maria Clara Villamil, Luis Fernando Echeverri, Armando Garcia, Cristina de Castro, Lina Duque, Nubia Gala-Seibert, Jaime Ferreyros, Lucy Garcia, Lorena Fernandez, Beatriz Ocampo, Cesar Santafe, Myriam Bermudez, Adriana Arciniegas, Caty Cucalon, William Vargas, Magdalena Guerra, Xiomara Salinas Cochran, and Juliana Ferreyros.
