Bird Cafe Opens for Thanksgiving Brunch

Chef Brian Olenjack and Bird Café  celebrate Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 28 with a festive holiday brunch from 11am - 3pm featuring Turkey Day specials.

Pumpkin Brioche French Toast with mascarpone cream, blackberry caramel and pumpkin seed brittle, Smoked Turkey with sweet potato hash, gravy and two fried eggs, and a Pumpkin Pie Parfait with ginger cookie crumble are featured in addition to Bird Café brunch favorites and cocktail specials.
