Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. is pleased to honor the 2011 Bicycle Officer of the Year, Lawrence “Happy” Madkins, in appreciation of his dedication and service.

As a Downtown Bike Patrol Officer, he goes out of his way to serve, and he is well known for his consistent patrols of the Downtown parking garages and the Trinity Trails. He is a model of the high standards of the Downtown Bike Patrol Unit.
