Sundance Square's “Fridays Only” pop-up clinic gave 129 COVID-19 vaccination shots last Friday, including 42 of the newly approved Pfizer vaccinations to children 5-11 years old. This brings the cumulative count for the walk-up site to 2,048 shots.
The pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic is operated in Sundance Square's Pavilion in partnership with the Tarrant County Public Health Department. Since opening in May, it has offered all three vaccines for adults and now Pfizer vaccines for children 5 years and up.
The Sundance Square pop-up clinic will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. the next two Fridays, Nov. 12 and Nov. 19. The clinic will be closed Nov. 26 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
No advance registration is required. Short-term 2 1/2-hour parking is free in Sundance Square Garage No. 3, 345 W. Third St.
