The Kress Building Lofts offer 24 exclusive lofts in Downtown Fort Worth. Built in 1936 by department store magnate, S.H. Kress, a foremost collector of deco art, it was one of 250 across Main Street America. Only 50 remain today, many ranked as landmarks.
The Fort Worth Kress was converted to lofts in 2006 and updated in 2008. It was listed in the U.S. Register of Historic places in 2007.
