The Fritz G. Lanham Federal Office Building, is named after Fritz Garland Lanham, a U.S. Representative from Texas who was born in Weatherford, Texas January 3, 1880.

Building amenities include a cafeteria, snack bar, fitness facility and a health unit. It was recognized as an ENERGY STAR® qualified building in 1999.  

Since 1966, the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Office Building has accommodated several federal agencies as they accomplish their mission and serve the public. It currently houses agencies such as the Social Security Administration, Internal Revenue Service, National Weather Service, and National Labor Relations Board.
