In this class, you will learn to assemble, fill, and cook tamales from scratch. We will make Chicken Aji Amarillo Cream Sauce & Olive Tamale, a Peruvian inspired tamale. The class is naturally gluten-free and can be vegetarian/vegan (upon request).
