For many years First Pres offered workshops on the enneagram, an ancient wisdom about personality and how it works. Now these seminars are being offered again by the Spiritual Formation Committee on three Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $15 and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
• June 15: Know Your Number. Learn the basics of Enneagram theory - centers of intelligence, triads, and stances. Identify your number.
• June 29: Growing into your Healthiest Self. Learn how to use energy from your wings and stress and security numbers, to deal with lost childhood messages and wounds so that they no longer control you.
• July 13: Growing Home: The Spirituality of the Enneagram. Learn about Holy Ideas and Virtues as well as spiritual practices for each number as it moves toward integration and reconnects with essence.
