Always one to spotlight the next generation of talented artists, DJ Diesel, aka Shaquille O’Neal, is bringing his inaugural Bass All-Stars Festival to Panther Island this September. Shaq’s Bass Allstars Festival will feature two stages of artists, Shaq sized production, local food favorites and more.
