The City of Fort Worth is holding an in-person/virtual community meeting to present a new zoning category called Central Business peripheral (“HP”) zoning. This new category is in alignment with the Downtown Strategic Action Plan, and will provide a transition from the more intense central business district (“H”) with the areas adjacent to Downtown, and allow more flexibility in the zoning regulations than what currently exists.
