Fort Worth’s largest countdown to 2024 will be celebrated this year in Sundance Square with a lively and festive New Year’s Eve public event.

This year’s Sunday, December 31st Sundance Square NYE celebration is from 6 pm to 1 am; and will feature live music, cashless food trucks/beverage bars, and street performers (including a western trick roper, mimes, jugglers, aerialists, stilt walkers and more). The midnight countdown to 2024 will also feature a spectacular fireworks show.

Live music performances will run throughout the night with some of North Texas’s most exciting and energy-infused bands: Quimikoz (from 6 to 8:45 p.m.), Ice House (9:15 to 11:15 p.m.), and DJ Danny West (during band breaks and from 11:15 p.m. to 1 a.m.).

Also, in a tip-of-the-hat to the NEW YEAR, a new photo-selfie “Cowboy Hat” will be unveiled in Sundance Square’s plaza.

Last year’s NYE celebration in Sundance Square was attended by more than 15,000; and those coming this year are encouraged to arrive well in advance of the midnight countdown.
