In this interactive class, you will learn how to make pizza dough from scratch and build your own pizza using various toppings. While the dough is resting, we will make chopped salad to enjoy with the pizza.

Participants will learn how to read a recipe, weigh ingredients, and mix/knead the dough. This class is intended for ages 7 & up.
