Soft and squishy Japanese Milk Bread (Shokupan) is great for making sandwich as well as toasting for breakfast. In this hands on class, you will learn the entire process of how to make this delicious and versatile bread. Your instructor will give tips and pointers on what to look for in order to successfully bake a tasty loaf of bread at home.

You will go home with a loaf of Shokupan, a tin- loaf pan (valued at $20), and confidence to bake shokupan for your family and friends in your home kitchen. The class is 3.5-4 hours long and a light lunch will be provided.

This class is led by Kazuko Goto, born and raised in Kyoto, Japan. She currently resides in North Richland Hills and spends her time teaching arts, bread baking, gardening, and running her bakery - Small + Baked Goods.
