Fort Worth Public Art – a City of Fort Worth program managed by Arts Fort Worth - is pleased to be a part of the Heritage Park Renovation Project. As a first step toward the incorporation of public art into Heritage Park, the City contracted an innovative, multidisciplinary artist team, Legge Lewis Legge LLC, to create a public art plan that identifies locations and thematic approaches for public art elements and a range of opportunities for artist involvement in the Heritage Park Project.
The public is welcome to attend the Fort Worth Art Commission Meeting on Monday, Jan. 31, 2022, for a presentation by Legge Lewis Legge on the Heritage Park Art Master Plan.
The meeting will be held in-person and virtually.

The public is welcome to attend Fort Worth Art Commission Meetings, which take place at 5:00 p.m. on the third Monday of the month. For more information on how to connect please review the agenda.
Meetings are now being held in person and virtually to connect online register HERE.
Citizens may sign up to make three-minute presentations to the Art Commission regarding a specific agenda item or a general topic pertaining to public art by first filling out a comment card or emailing MAsbill@artscouncilfw.org.
The Art Commission advises and makes recommendations to Fort Worth City Council regarding the Fort Worth Public Art program. They oversee the implementation of the Fort Worth Public Art Master Plan Update, including project planning, artist selection, design review, and collection management. The commission also recommends fund-specific public art plans and the program’s Annual Work Plan.
