In this class, we will make fresh pasta dough, then teach you how to carefully craft three types of stuffed pasta shapes, featuring two different fillings: beef and cheese & seasonal vegetables & cheese. The stuffed pasta will be paired with tomato sauce.

The classes are hands-on, interactive, and taught in a small group of 3-4.
