In this class, you will learn how to transform fresh chilies and produce into hot sauce. You will be shown the ingredients/tools, talk about how to develop flavors in hot sauce, and demonstrate how to properly preserve and ferment hot sauces at home. This is a perfect gift for your loved ones this holiday season. There will be a brief discussion on the health benefits of probiotics, and share how to incorporate hot sauce in recipes. Each participant will leave with a batch of hot sauce to take home. A grazing board will be available for snacking during the class.
