Dim sum is a traditional Chinese meal made up of small plates of dumplings and other snack dishes and is usually accompanied by tea.
In this class, we are going to make classic dim sum favorites, including chicken shumai, lo mai gai (sticky rice in lotus leaf), Chinese greens, egg tart.
