In this class, you will discover the versatility of lamb and how it can be incorporated into delicious and nutritious meals for your entire family!
You will begin by working with ground lamb to form and cook juicy, flavorful lamb meatballs paired with tzatziki sauce to build lamb lettuce cups. Additionally, the class will end with a short-demo on green chili pozole featuring lamb shank.
