When it comes to hosting, it doesn’t get much better than Middle Eastern style feasts. This cooking class is all about street food. You’ll master dishes that balance rich spices, fragrant herbs, savory, sweet and tangy all in one – a taste explosion very unique to Middle Eastern cuisine! In this class, you will make various dishes including falafel, hummus, babaganoush, mjadara (bulgur & lentils), fattoush, pickled veg, and tahini sauce.
