Come support the mission of Preserve International with a fun, interactive cooking class where you will learn to make and can your own homemade preserves.

In this class we will be learning to make two different types of preserves, one using added pectin and one without. We will then safely water bath can them so they will be shelf stable and can be enjoyed for over a year. Take home a jar of our popular Jalapeno Pepper Jelly and Fresh Blueberry Jam.
