In this class, you’re going to learn how to choose knives, how to best take care of them, and focus on cutting almost anything (without cutting yourself). This class is for home cooks who want to hone their knife skills to cook the food you want in the safest and quickest route.

This is a hands-on class where you will practice basic knife cuts, cut various produce, and make Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Stir-Fry, and Fruit Salsa!
