Learn how to make mantu, dumplings from Afghanistan. In this class, you will learn how to the dumpling dough from scratch, make a savory beef and onion filling, and pair with flavor sauces!

The class is led by Rohina Ahmadzai, a native from Afghanistan. She is an excellent home cook and currently teaches English and lives with her husband in Fort Worth, Texas.
